Gold IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of content owners, creators, and publishers. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable international copyright laws, we maintain a strict policy to address notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Service Role & Infrastructure

Gold IPTV operates as an internet bandwidth service provider and technical platform. Our servers route, manage, and deliver digital streaming signals across global networks. We do not host, store, upload, or record video media files on our server systems. All streams provided through our platform originate from third-party media sources and external broadcast networks.

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that content accessible through our platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notification to our designated agent:

  • Designated DMCA Agent: Legal & Compliance Department

  • DMCA Contact Email: dmca@goldiptv.com

  • Mailing Address: Gold IPTV Legal Dept, 100 Digital Media Way, Suite 400, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA

3. Requirements for Filing a DMCA Notice

To ensure your request is processed quickly, your written DMCA notice must contain the following information:

  1. Identification of Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of works if multiple items are covered by a single notice.

  2. Identification of Infringing Material: Specific identification of the stream, M3U feed, URL, or channel link that you claim is infringing, with sufficient technical detail to enable us to locate the material on our network.

  3. Contact Information: Your full legal name, company/organization name, physical address, telephone number, and official email address.

  4. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. Statement under Penalty of Perjury: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  6. Electronic or Physical Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

4. Takedown & Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid, fully compliant DMCA notice, Gold IPTV will take the following actions:

  • Investigation: Review the notice and verify the specific technical details provided.

  • Content Discontinuation: Temporarily or permanently disable access to the specified stream, playlist link, or routing node identified in the notice.

  • Notification: Inform the affected subscriber or stream provider regarding the removal or disabling of the content feed.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If a subscriber or content provider believes that their stream feed or account access was mistakenly disabled or misidentified as infringing, they may submit a counter-notification to dmca@goldiptv.com.

The counter-notification must include:

  • The subscriber’s physical name, address, telephone number, and email.

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared prior to removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the subscriber is located (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Gold IPTV may be found), and accepting service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.

  • An electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Gold IPTV will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a court action seeking a restraining order within 10 to 14 business days, access to the disabled material may be restored.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Gold IPTV reserves the right to terminate subscriber accounts, reseller profiles, or IP address connections that are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or third-party intellectual property rights.
